I have a countless amount of personalized playlists that are perfect for whatever mood I am in. Whether I'm walking to class, at the gym, or even working on a homework assignment like I'm doing right now, my music is almost always constantly playing. My favorite way to interact with music is definitely through concerts. I love being a part of the crowd and the atmosphere overall is just really exciting. Just like Elvis Presley himself explained... "A live concert to me is exciting because of all the electricity that is generated in the crowd and on stage. It's my favorite part of the business, live concerts."

If I absolutely HAD to choose a favorite, it would probably be a mix of indie/alternative rock. My Spotify playlists genres, though, can range anywhere from acoustic and pop to country and salsa or latin. I think the best are the smaller shows at venues like The House of Blues or Southside Ballroom. You feel closer (literally) to the musicians and with the crowd, it's just a more intimate and memorable experience overall.
