         <description><![CDATA[<div>Flip is an interesting tool to engage our new age students. However, we should not give up and have the concept of "equal misery" to deny the majority of the students to try flip lessons because of the few students who cannot flip due to many reasons.<br><br>I agree that we can give it a try, yet at the same time, provide platforms or support to reach out to students with lower SES, no internet access, etc.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I guess for flipped learning to work, it is important that the content of the flipped learning is stimulating and engaging to sustain the interest of the students in learning without supervision. It makes sense then that we incorporates interesting videos in the lessons, otherwise learning from hardcopy materials is no different from reading the text. </div>]]></description>
