In Germany, the Bielski partisans gave shelter and protection to over 1,200 Jews from 1942-1944. They originally wanted to just help their family, but eventually helped as many Jews as possible. They saved many Jews, making a huge difference.

How did they resist?

They gave protection/shelter to many Jews. They also saved many from ghettos such as Warsaw, Krakow, Chortkov, Częstochowa, Rovno, (ect.). They recruited many Jews they saved.

Germans killed their parents and also three of their brothers. Now they hated the Germans. So then they decided to make a resistance group.

They created a camp that contained many places for Jews to hide and live in. It contained a kitchen, a forge, a school, a gunsmith, and a mill. I also had a synagogue.
