A good strategy is to circle the rate and then find a relationship from there . A bad strategy is trying to add or subtract to find the relationship.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Today in class I learned about rates and strategies to find rates. The strategy I thought was most helpful was using multiplication to complete the rate table. The strategy I found the least helpful was finding things equivalent to the original rate.  I found that using multiplication was faster.  If I had to teach this to one of friends I would teach them the multiplication strategy, or a relationship between the numbers.  I would also teach him/her to check their work by finding equivalent ratios.<br>#Rates<br>#Multiplication</div>]]></description>
