By John Krakaur
Into the wild is about a man named Christopher McCandless who leaves society and travels to Alaska. I loved it because it had a cool meaning to it, I found it very interesting how someone actually did this. https://www.nytimes.com/books/97/05/18/reviews/krakauer-wild.html

A mother wakes up in a hospital with a faint memory of blood and a crash, she then learns her baby girl is missing and she is the main suspect. Pleading to the detectives that she is innocent she tries to go through the events leading up to the incident but for some reason she has no recollection at all.
This book was a page turner because it was mysterious and from the perspective of a mother that would do anything to keep her baby safe.
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/23398609-remember-mia

By Paulo coehlo

The Alchemist is about a shepherd who leaves spain to find treasure in egpyt. During the journey he meets the Alchemist who helps him follow his dreams. Throughout his journey he finds the true meaning of happiness and life itself. I like this book because it makes you look at life differently. It shows you that being happy is not as difficult as people make it out to be. https://www.theguardian.com/childrens-books-site/2015/oct/10/the-alchemist-paulo-coehlo-review
