         <description><![CDATA[<div>-<strong> Pickling</strong> : When you preserve the nutrients and goodness of the food you are storing, and it also sometimes changes the taste.<br>- <strong>Canning </strong>: When a jar can reach a high temperature (Pressure Canner).<br>-<strong> Freezing </strong>: Turns food, especially liquids, from a liquid to a solid which makes the bacteria go away.<br>- <strong>Salt Curing</strong> : People use salt to cure meat to make the moisture come out. <br>- <strong>Immersion in Alcohol</strong> : Some herbs and meats are put in alcohol to create extracts and to preserve it.<br>-<strong>Drying/Dehydrating</strong>: You put the food dry in a cool, dry container and let it stay for a long time to preserve it.</div>]]></description>
