Provide leadership in guiding peers in my department based on my learning through the SIP team.

I see my role as someone who is implementing the MTSS work in my classroom as well and working to discover new additional strategies that may work so that our students who struggle can learn what is necessary, but that our students who truly understand can be given the necessary rigor so that they can grow as well.
