  • I think it's cool. It seems empathetic, daydreamy and would go for creative jobs. It wants a win-win for all but that is sometimes not always the most efficient solution

  • Use the 80/20 rule, don't get too caught up, acknowledge that I can't be perfect, stick to the schedule
