         <description><![CDATA[<div>Constitution states, "The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America". The constitution deals with the powers of the presidency.<br><br>This is how the Framers established the Presidency. The power the president received was the power to command: the armed forces, to make treaties, to approve or veto acts of congress, to send and receive diplomatic representatives, to grant pardons and reprieves and "to take care that the laws be faithfully executed".<br><br>The term, "executive power" has been a political history struggle to find the true meaning of it.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The former grants of power to the President, from the Constitution, have not been changed since 1789. However the presidential power has been growing over the past 200 years. The single, commanding chief executive is the president. <br><br>Since the country has become industrialized and technologically advance, the people look up to the President for leadership in the factors for transportation, communications,health, welfare,employments,educations, civil rights and much more. <br><br>The ability to be immediate and have a decisive action towards a time of crisis, especially in war, strengthen the executive power. <br><br>President have a unique ability to attract public attention and build support for policies and actions. Using mass media helps president give out communication to the people. </div>]]></description>
