Fostering inclusion and awareness around multicultural education and taking a culturally responsive approach to teaching benefits all students(Drexel University, n.d.). It is very important that educators highlight the focus of inclusion. Some ways to incorporate multicultural perspectives is creating fun activities and weeks to highlight cultures. Letting students dress up, learn simple words within the culture, trying snacks etc. Incorporating cultures of other students helps other students accept and respect their fellow classmates culture.

In the simplest terms, inclusion in education means ensuring every child, no matter what their individual needs or barriers to learning, has equal access to learning and the same opportunities to achieve(PlanBee, 2023). Someways to ensure inclusion is letting students explore different cultures on free times and encouraging reading sections in classrooms. Also, sharing culture celebrations and learning simple language words. Letting students also participate in home projects that could be returned and shared with classmates.
