Suggestions: Teachers to coordinate the amount of homework assigned to class. Can also have open communication with students to discuss amount of time required to complete the work before setting a realistic and breathable deadline.

Situation: Students are not demonstrating serious work attitude in their academic work. Some may not know how to seek help when needed.
Suggestions: Every teacher to provide fixed open consultation time slots on daily or weekly basis to enable students to approach teachers for help or tutoring as required.
This will provide an open door system to encourage positive learning culture and extend help to student openly.

Suggestions: Teachers to utilize multimedia, games and video to encourage greater interaction and student engagement during lesson.

Situation: kicking on plastic bottles or other litter to stimulate soccer play within & outside school
Suggestions: To provide proper sports equipment in open areas for the students to utilize in their soccer game.
To create awareness of the negative impression outsiders will form of the students from such behaviors. To encourage environmentally friendly gesture such as throwing the litter in the right space and the importance of creating a positive image of CCKSS.

Situation: Students crowding at school gate on rainy days
Suggestion : To start an system where students can loan a umbrella from the guard house on rainy days. Donated umbrella can be collected to start off the initiative.

Problem: student don't really care about toilet cleanliness and take the cleaner aunties and uncles for granted.
Solution: Student can stay back after school for a little while to have "toilet duty" every few weeks to help out maintain cleanliness in school toilets. This way the students can learn to be responsible.

Problem: 1.Some misbehaviour in class when teacher is not around.
2.Usage of phones in the class when teacher is not around e.g(. in the middle of switching class, when teacher went to the staff room to collect items, when the teacher is a few minutes late due to some difficulties.)
3.Constant wake up calls to pupils not listening in class
Suggestions:If pupils are not paying attention, their Buddys will tell them to focus(in the situation that both Buddys are using their handphones the class moniter/class monitress will have to step in).Reporting the excessive use of hand phones to the teachers.Moniters/Monitress will report the misbehaviour to the teachers.

Situation: Limited CCA options and exposure opportunities for students to experience a variety of arts, sports and games.
Suggestions: Introduce a 4 weeks sabbatical period every year where students can rotate and experience other CCAs in the school other than their selected one.
To conduct CCA in smaller group and practice physically distancing in CCA where possible.
Engage external specialize trainer to conduct CCAs in school or online E.g Zumba, Yoga, Sculpturing, Ice hockey, Archery etc

Situation: Limited space and facilities within school to carry out sport activities
Suggestions: Work with Active SG for sports halls, swimming pools, indoor space etc. to be used on a long-term loan basis so that students can have longer period of CCA and more intense training to attain stamina, improve sport outcome and win medal for the school. Our students need to experience success to push themselves forward in all arena.

- Situation: Reduced cognitive stimulation during circuit breaker period
- Suggestions: School IT dept can create links of traditional games which can stimulate students minds such as English Chess, Chinese Chess, WeiQi, Checkers etc. Once students learnt how to play these intellectual games, they can actually find like minded friends in school to challenge in the game. Game board and chess pieces may even be crafted in Design and Technology classes and if the games prove popular, perhaps a CCA club can be setup to enrol these students.

Problem: Noise level, wrong use of toilet paper. When teachers are talking, the class is talking too. Not getting ready for class.

1) Noise level : Remind those who are talking to keep quiet. If needed, the class monitors can remind the class to talk softy.
2) When teachers are talking and the class is also talking, remind those who are talking to keep quiet
3) Wrong use of toilet paper : remind those who are using the toilet paper wrongly.
4) Not getting ready for class : The class monitors to remind the class politely or they can write on the board under a reminder section.

~Giving students permission to use their hand phones before school and during recess.

~Some papers/tests are too simple/easy.

We appreciate...
-Our teachers are kind and friendly towards us
-Our English teacher, Ms Gina, borrowed books and placed them in the cabinet behind the classroom. We are allowed to read the books during our free time
-Some teachers also use interesting teaching methods such as games, quizzes and jokes to keep us interested
Our concerns...
-Sometimes during lessons, the teachers will teach very fast. Some students were not able to understand the topic
-The reason why the teachers teaches very quickly is that she thinks she is teaching too slowly and we are behind time
-We may also side-track from the topic many times when we are distracted
-There also may be too much homework all the time and some teachers do not take notice of the amount of homework we already have, thus causing the students to be overwhelmed with stress
Actions to take...
-Remind the teachers whenever they give homework that we have other homework from other teachers
-If we have to memorise a formula, we can write it down and put it on the classroom backboard
-We can also encourage our peers to donate books which are not used and in good condition for our class(students can relieve stress by reading the books)
-Tell the teachers to slow down the pace of teaching
-Spend less time on collecting homework and assign group leaders to help the teachers collect teh homework(this way we would not waste time and the teacher would not have to rush to teach us)

1. We can improve by making our space condusive and removing all distractions like food, pets etc.
2. We can use a bigger screen to make sure we do not hurt our eyes by squinting them but if a computer is not available try dimming the brightness.
3. Maybe arrange ur books according to ur timatable so that in between lessons we dont have to rush and cause distress in the house
and wake up early and shower so that we feel fresh and we are in mood and vibe to study
