They felt that it was successful.
* The team was motivated and engaged in the project.
* It helped us to develop communication protocals.
* Expertise was brought from every department.
2. What We've Learned:
* It is valuable to be involved in the planning stages alongside the teachers.
* Designated meeting dates would facilitate smoother support.
* The need to clarify our roles would have helped us determine how to work as a team. (Identifying a lead, TOC requests, etc...).

* Engage school teams (enrolling and non-enrolling)

Successes:
1. Culture of learning has been created and teachers have opened their classroom doors.
2. Teachers are sharing the learning with each other and new teachers have taken up the invitation to learn.
3. Admin has engaged with us to co-plan and co-lead learning.
4. The CLS team built trust and relationships with each other. We are comfortable letting each other lead from their strengths. We learn a lot from each other. It was a true partnership :).
5. Having done the scan of Ts and Ss, there is intentional purpose for the learning. Goals for the learning were set based on what was heard from students.
6. Growth mindset is becoming visible at the school through student language and learning.
7. We started with a smaller team who were then able to reflect and share their successes with the school. This inspired TRUST and helped others to join in the learning.

What We've Learned:
1. Authentic purpose is critical
2. Collaborative professionalism needs to be built.
3. It is important that the work is invitational.
4. Engaged leaders are critical to co-create a vision for learning and creating the conditions for the work to take place. Admin is a full partner.
5. The scanning part of the process is important (getting to know the teachers AND students well).
6. The CLS team relationship is critical. All open to learning with and from each other and flexible. And open to what authentically evolves on site.
7. Building relationships with staff is important for building trust and setting the conditions to take risks.
8. Creation of time (for CLS team) to plan and learn together is critical.
9. CLS team members require a specific skill set to be successful in their role.
