One of the military guys got taken by other bad people and the flacon was going to rescue him, it was difficult, and he had to do so much to get the man, it almost resulted to not being able to but then he found a different plan.

Some cops went to check on bucky and Sam, and were asking bucky if Sam was bothering him just because he’s black, they were about to cause a scene but realized who they were and then back down because they were embarrassed that they didn’t realize who they were

Bucky is fighting with Sam because Sam gave up the shield because he didn’t want to replace Captain America, but bucky thinks it should have been him instead of someone else. So, they had to talk about their problems together
