Today:    Add some unit testing for the new getAdministratableDomainsWithFilter(). Look into orgs for TCode qquery based on latest details from Brian, testing SQL in eager vs lazy loading, and use of serialized value when possible

Tues Apr 4 ★
Yesterday: changes to getAdministratableDomains() took longer than expected, as the unit testing shown the cache had to be modified to properly store domains with and without disabled entries. All done now
Today: One more change in isDomainAdministratable() is required, then merge master in, then deploy, then Permissions can integrate.  Then, will look at the orgs for TCode query.

Wed Apr 5 D:
Yesterday:   getAdminDomains() complete; can't speed up TCode queries w/o losing functionality; considering exact matches for search
Today: Releasing Platinum today; still dependent on DBAsn

Yesterday: restored Architcs code into master, finished changes to getAdministratableDomains() and merged into Master, also incorporated optimization for getOrgsForTcode() into master.
Today: Bring the V2 web-level Organization object in sync with V1's Domain object, look into bringing some of teh refactoring from uplevel cache work into a new branch from Master in order to start a Tcode data cache
