         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are different ways to improve your memory for example:<br><br></div><div>-eat right foods <br><br></div><div>-brain workouts <br><br></div><div>-healthy lifestyle <br><br></div><div>-physical exercise<br><br></div><div>-memory techniques<br><br></div><div>Examples of memory techniques are the acronym and the acrostic.<br><br></div><div>For remember some words you can use an acronym a type of abbreviation that forms a word from the initial letters of other words(for example radar= radio detecting and raging).<br><br></div><div>You can also use an acrostic that is a sequence of letters to help you remember a set of facts in a particular order.<br><br></div><div>For me a good method is mind mapping described as a tree with the main ideas represented as branches and topics of lesser importance represented as twigs.<br><br></div>]]></description>

It serves as a visual cue for the brain. Studies at Indiana University suggest that handwriting activates more regions of the brain than typing. This is probably because the brain has to process and reframe the information before writing it down.</div>]]></description>
