         <description><![CDATA[<div>Q1. One of the do's for a client in a CBT session is to avoid thinking that his/her therapist is asking too many questions. And this may seem inevitable, especially in the first couple of sessions, the client still has the tendency to feel overwhelmed and stressed with too many questions. The question is, is there a limit to the number of questions you can ask in a session?&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Q2. What are the do's and don'ts of the therapist? Since it wasn't mentioned in the videos.&nbsp;<br><br>Q3.&nbsp; One of the behavioral experiments in CBT is "catastrophic thinking." Isn't it making the client more anxious to do his/her task because he/she is already thinking of the worst scenario or outcome that may happen? &nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

What factors affects a person's belief? Does 'A' or the activating event contribute to the 'B'?
