I completed this event because I was very thankful to the firefighters for being brave and keeping our homes safe from the fire. I'm sure they did their best to protect La Crescenta, and I wanted to show my gratitude for them. It made me feel happy for the firefighters to be recognized for their strength and bravery.

I helped out with a pancake breakfast my 3rd-grade teacher hosted for the 100th day of school.

This made me feel accomplished because I got to take a little bit a stress off his shoulders.

I completed this event because a lot of animals affected by the fires at the shelter needed enrichment items/toys, and because I wanted to support the animal shelter. It made me feel happy that I could provide enrichment toys that the animals could have fun playing with.

I completed this event because what the firefighters did and still do is life changing and I wanted to help thank them for all they do.
