Such issues come with the less manpower in the sector, low-tech support for the effective and evaluative productivity, and high-carbon emission. These visits and discussions have provided valuable insights into the current state and future potential of digital transformation in the region, with a focus on AI, IoT, and the collaborative efforts between governments, research institutes, companies, a fruitful journey;

• In BDI, we found that this agency serves as a cornerstone for data-driven decision-making and innovation in Thailand. In discussion, the audience emphasized on leveraging big data for economics, data security, and social development highlights the transformative power of data analytics. The institute’s initiatives in AI and machine learning are particularly promising, offering scalable solutions for sectors such as healthcare, agriculture, and urban planning.

• The Automation Park showcases Thailand’s commitment to advancing industrial automation and smart manufacturing. Its integration of IoT and AI technologies demonstrates how automation can enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality in manufacturing processes.

• In DEPA, we listen the presentation and rise discussion focusing on promoting digital literacy, supporting startups, and driving innovation aligns with the global shift toward a digital-first economy. The agency’s efforts to bridge the gap between government policies and industry needs are crucial for sustainable growth.

• The forum underscored the importance of tripartite collaboration between government, research, and industry. This synergy is essential for creating an enabling environment for innovation, where policies are informed by research, and research is driven by industry needs.
