Today is Wednesday the 5th of March 2025, and I have completed my first 8 hours of placement. Today comprised of a meeting in the morning with the New Zealand Digital team, discussing plans to enhance the current process of Event nurturing in terms of consumer behaviour in relation to subscriptions and fostering the relationship the company has with customers prior to and following events. After this I was allocated a task to extrapolate and simplify data deriving from multiple excel spreadsheets, from all Australian states regarding the new sample for Mirage design that Autex introduced last year, define relevant customer segments, trends within the data, whether that be positive or negative, and speculate popularity of its official release.

Today is Wednesday the 12th of March 2025, and I have completed another 8 hours of placement. Today consisted of another meeting in the morning with the New Zealand Digital team, discussing future plans to enhance the email marketing scheme in terms of layout, hyperlinks and consistency. Following this I was assigned a case study to draft, revolving around the recent project that Autex was involved with for Northcote Recreation centre, covering aspects of the project in general, challenges, and solutions. The project involved rejuvenation and Autex Acoustics assisted with this through its careful selection of QuietSpace panels to enhance the environment and improve functionality. I was also in another follow up meeting where we discussed sustainability and how it needs to be incorporated into assets of marketing and sales on a more consistent and prominent level, with accurate and relevant information being shared with consumers and the general public.

Today is Wednesday the 19th of March 2025, and I have completed 8 hours of placement. Today consisted of the curation of a presentation for a client, describing our sustainability purpose and the products we offer and their benefits. This included application of presentation skills and the ability to create an aesthetic and sophisticated presentation to create loyal customers. In addition to this, I began correlating excel spreadsheets of all attendees for varying Autex events, in an aim to distinguish dominating industries that attend these events, and create ease for segmenting customers and inviting them to similar future events to foster the relationship with clients.

Today is Wednesday the 26th of March, and I have completed 8 hours of placement. Today consisted of the completion of the excel spreadsheet master file, in which duplicate event attendees were also removed following the usage of a formula within excel, with the assistance of a colleague. In addition to this, I made refinements on the presentation that I completed last week, as I didn't include all of the Victorian data, thus, results were skewed. After making refinements on data analysis, I focused on the visual aesthetic of the presentation and based this off the brand guidelines, as certain aspects like the logo follow a strict guideline in regards to their location and different goals of usage. Two new tasks were introduced, that of researching various case studies and projects which shall be continued next week.

Today is Wednesday the 2nd of April and I have completed yet another 8 hours of placement. Today consisted of gathering information to create case studies for 5 different projects. I also redesigned the imagery for two different architectural websites that Autex features on to create more symmetry and a more aesthetically pleasing webpage, inclusive of all Autex products. Martina and I had a meeting at the end of the day to go over my mirage feedback presentation that I created in week one, discuss how I analysed the trends, and to make any refinements before the data gets shared across the company for product improvement purposes.

Today is the 9th of April and I completed another 8 hours of placement. Today consisted of making refinements to the mirage feedback presentation. Following that, I aided in the design of gift boxes for clients that completed a survey through selection of items and design, all with reference to price and where to purchase these from. I took part in a meeting of which the discussion was based around planning for a presentation with all state managers regarding upcoming marketing strategies and events. I also completed an informational interview with the HR manager and marketing manager, ask questions revolved around career, life and learning to aid in success of my SMART goal.

Today is the 16th of April and I completed another 8 hours of placement. Today I worked from home due to injury. I met over video meeting with Martina, my supervisor, and we discussed the days tasks. This included completing some technical training regarding the companies products, as deep understanding of the products help for successful marketing execution. In addition to this, I was assigned to conduct research on competitors in regards to their sustainability efforts, to better understand the industry and distinguish improvements for the company website to better demonstrate our input on sustainability.

Today is the 30th of April and I have completed another 8 hours of placement. Today consisted of completion of the competitor analysis in terms of specific products. After a meeting with my supervisor, it was discussed that my content should be more broad and focus on acoustics rather than specific products, and also contain comparison to Autex's practices. This will be fine tuned before my presentation with the marketing team next Wednesday morning.

Today is the 7th of May and I completed another 8 hours of placement. Today consisted of presenting my competitive analysis on sustainability, in regards to Autex and its main competitors. following the presentation I took feedback and further improved my presentation, reflecting accurate data and information, requiring more research. Following this, I participated in a meeting with the sustainability manger and team regarding their new project, Autex Future Lab. This presentation went through their new initiative to continuously be working on their success in environmental circularity on a biological and technical aspect, and he went through their new proposal of the way in which they will be sourcing wool in the near future to better suit the environments needs. This presentation was very informative and related back to my presentation very well.

Today is the 14th of May and I have completed another 8 hours of placement. Today included assistance with the digital design of a poster for the art gallery event on Friday. It also consisted of going back to the Mirage powerpoint I made and making amendments based on the State managers input. This included breaking down the quantitative data to more qualitative data and extracting key points, making it concise and clear and easier for the audience to engage with and digest. In addition to this, I added two new graphs highlighting the increase in projects that included Mirage, starting from Q4 2024 until now, and its projected growth for the quarter. This was then sent to my supervisor for feedback.

Today is May the 21st and I have completed another 8 hours of placement. Today consisted of attending the Quiet Studio exhibition and taking part in one of the breathing sessions with the use of a gong instrument. This gave me hands on experience of what effect the acoustics have on sound, and how they can be used for different purposes. Following this, I wrote a short summary describing the experience. I also got to watch individuals with expertise in sound analyse the space with sound instruments to assess the sound reverberation. In addition to this, I did some research on sourcing an individual with an education and wellness background to write a review for the exhibition. I also went through previous work including the Bullen Boomers case study and Linkdin Post for Ozharvest and adjusted based on feedback given from Marina.

Today is May the 28th and I have completed another 8 hours of placement. Today included going back to the Quiet Studio and gathering materials to finalise the exhibition. Upon arriving back, I made further amendments to the Ozharvest Linkdin post after Martinas feedback suggested a direct quote from someone within the organisation, which after reaching out I attained, as well as more images to include in the post. In addition to this, I created descriptions for images that are soon to be uploaded on the website, accompanying the case study for Sunshine Coast City Hall. These descriptions included the materials being used in the images and the effect on their surroundings. Following this, I also made further amendments to the original mirage powerpoint to fit its presentation into Autex guidelines, in accordance with things like font and spacing. I also recreated product pages for Indesign for their new products specifying features and characteristics.

Today is the 4th of June and I completed my last 4 hours of placement. In the morning myself and the marketing team went over any final amendments to work and any questions for the future. This was followed by a meeting with Sales Managers across all states regarding current Marketing events and changes, to hear perspective. Further amendments were made to the Mirage final regarding consistency with layout. I then created a Powerpoint for an upcoming exhibition, presenting Autex project imagery for clients to view.
