Being of maori descent I believe doing the haka helps me reach my greatest point of spirtuality during and after the haka I feel as if I have unlocked my deepest potential and fully expressed my passion and viguor.

I believe spirituality is your will and your strength to complete goals and to complete life. I believe that rituals are ways of aiding you to having a stronger will but for a person to reach there full potential they have to have a strong will and believe in everything they stand for. I believe monks are the most spiritual people because they dedicate there lives to performing rituals that harden there spirtual beliefs.
