Porous concrete is a special type of cement that is able to absorb 4000 liters of water in just one minute. This way, the soil will be left on top of the sidewalk so that it wont run away with the water. Then once it is absorbed, Duluth could filter out the water and then reuse it to save/collect water and save money.
