According to Andrew Bailey who is a Data Analyst (2023), more than 800,000 delays on the subway, bus, and streetcar were reported between 2014 and 2022, total approximately 13 million wasted minutes. The answer from TTC service about the delaying of the transportation, the vehicles could be stuck during bad weather conditions or because of construction or traffic congestion. However, it does not show a whole picture of this problem, there are many cases of assaulting passenger on the TTC transportation, and it has gone up 60% in recent years which is reported by Toronto News (2023). In addition, from CBC (2017), 66% of TTC delays are caused by passengers, many delayed cases like ill passengers, disorderly passengers, smoking passengers, etc. The Government of Canada should add more bodyguards on the TTC vehicles to ensure that those violent cases from the passengers cannot happen, if those cases were still to happen, those people who are bodyguards could protect their citizens, the negative case would be processed immediately and the TTC transportation could not be delayed much time like today.

The growth rathe is accelerated especially, because of the number of  immigrants are receiving year by year here. On the other hand, the public transport  is a challenge to the authorities, how to increase the number and the cover of it is something to excel, since that is not growing and expend at the same level the population are. Many areas in Toronto are not covered by  Subway, as we know it is a transport considered fast to commute, people are claim for new lines that could cover others areas and make their commute lives faster to go to one point to another. Actually, the quality of TTC service is the most criticized theme for the Torontonian's that use the service, cleaning and security followed by delay are the hot topic for the customers.
