         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Communication: Its Essence and Good Practice</strong><br><br><strong>Definition, Elements and Types of Communication</strong><br><br>In a fast-paced world that humans are in, a real-life element called communication makes the world to move in a globalized and fast-paced. Communication is the human activity that shows a sharing and transferring of information from one person to other in different time and location. It also uses signals to transmit image, data and information between places. Communication contains important elements that has different functions such as the Sender, Message, Recipient, Feedback and Barriers. Furthermore, communication is classified into the following: Verbal Communication that includes speaking, Non-Verbal communication that included gestures and facial expressions, Written Communication that includes memo, reports and Emails while Visual Communication includes presentation of images in communicating. <br><br><strong>Barriers of Communication<br></strong><br>Communication may fail to delivered successfully due to some barriers that includes Physical communication which includes closed office doors and Social distancing, Physical disabilities that involves speech and hearing problems. And also Emotional Barriers that involves anxiety and heavy feelings. Others may include the use of Jargons, different interest, relevance of the topic to the receiver and taboos.<br><br><strong>Significance of Communication</strong><br><br>Communication plays a vital role in the society that we are living today for it help humans improve relationship either from Business, family, societal and industrial. First, communication enables humans to make actions on a certain situations by starting to pass information needed for a certain course pf action as well as expressing one's thought and emotions are recognized. Second, it boosts someone's morale and motivation for it prevents conflict and misunderstanding among human relationships because it enables someone to clearly explain his/her side during an argument that leads to a motivated relations. Third, it makes an individual to become a good leader and decision-maker for it lets someone to express his/her own thoughts, opinion and solutions during a problem that will serve as a basis for someone's decision that leads to improvement. Lastly, it adds up to the body of knowledge for it lets someone to access information at hand. Moreover, communication serves as a bridge for all to unite and promote actions for the betterment of the world. Without communication the world will move in an unorganized and unimproved.<br><br><strong>Good communicator starter pack<br></strong><br>Practicing good communication skills must be valued by humans in order to make an effective Sharing of information. But, what does it take to become a Good communicator? In order to become one, an individual must learn to do the following things: First, Identifying of Objectives that involves a requirement that an individual should know on how to identify the efficiency of the communication by understanding the main objectives upon communicating and do some evaluation of your performance. Second, you should know on how to listen carefully because communication is a give and take process that involves speaking and listening. When the one talks the other should listen in order to effectively generate the information. It is also through listening that we will be able to know on what to reply based on person's emotions and reactions. Third, you should know the person that you are dealing with because it will help you too adjust your words or content of your conversation. Fourth, be aware of your body language for it speaks louder than your words. So, you should make an eye to eye contact to the person that you're talking to because it shows that you are comfortable in the conversation. Fourth, be on a perfect timing for you to speak or say a word due to the reason that when a person's mood is heavy you need to give him/her some time and space to think and set his mindset properly. When the problem arises one should learn to use comforting or calm words. Fifth, be honest and clear because honesty is a must in communication. Speaking up is an honest way prevents misunderstanding. Lastly, don't speak too fast in order for the receiver to inculcate all the needed information well so that he/she can respond effectively.
