A moment where I received meaningful feedback would have to be during livegrading on WP#2. For me WP#2 was kind of a struggle, I felt as if I was doing it completely wrong. During live grading we went over my essay together and shared ideas of how we thought I did. Being able to hear the feedback made such a difference than just reading the comments left. I love the live grading because I was so sure that I had done WP#2 completely wrong and getting a perfect score just gave me a bust of confidence. One thing I really enjoyed was peer review, and I had a fantastic experience this time. I was greatly helped by it. While you are not required to follow every piece of advice given by your peers, having someone assist you or offer their feedback on your work makes things a little bit clearer for you. I struggled with starting WP#3 and coming up with a thesis and my peers in my group helped me start off my essay and find a thesis for my paper.

Culture: The customs and values of our respective cultures have an impact on our interaction methods. If the reader doesn't take the time to learn about the culture and comes from a different background than the writer, there is a chance that they won't grasp the work. Before reading any works that were assigned, I conducted a little research on the author because for me, understanding the author's background helps me get more into the work. merely to find out more about them.

Power: Reading gives us a chance to develop the ability to understand the point of view of other writers, which is helpful when writing independently. It is crucial that we comprehend the information and enable it to stick in our memory. It is powerful to be able to use creative writing to allow people to see into the intricacy of our thinking. It has been demonstrated that writing can improve appreciation, lessen stress. for me writing is seen ass a tool for explaining complex ideas rather than trying to piece the words together and speak on the topic.

A few things I feel confident with as a write is
- varied and clear word choice
- Being Focused
- Resilience
- being able to write about mostly anything.
For example WP#1, I was able to express myself about the career I wanted to pursuit. And was able to share the good and ugly of the career.
As a reader, I am confident in my ability to:
- Interact with a text
- Analyzing a reading before and after
Before taking your class I never knew how to correctly interact with a text. None of my teachers really showed me how to properly work with a text. But your class did, with the readings you assigned before class and the way you showed us how to annotate, connect with the reading. It just made everything so much easier for me.
One challenge that I feel I still struggle with is properly citing any of my work. None of my teachers before took anytime to properly show me how to cit anything. and it always seemed hard to do on your own. But I liked how you include modules on how to cite with whatever format you wanted. But I still get a confused at times.

All of my sources used in my WP's were from the internet. I used sources to support my claims/ stances and show my readers more about my said topics. For WP#1 I used evidence to explain why I want to become a Nice nurse. Why being a nice nurse is such an amazing career. And for WP# 2 and 3, I used my evidence to talk about an issue in the career, to show you both the good and ugly sides of this career.

All of my work was referenced using the APA format. Since the work was not my own, I had to give the author of the piece credit. If I didn't cite the support, it would be regarded as plagiarism.

Some challenges I faced with looking for sources was finding sources that had enough information. Finding credible sources, ones that didn't have the same information as others.

One of the most important things I learned in this course was being able to express my stance, share my views on something. That sharing my voice is good. I feel like this course helped me get the confidence I needed to be able to write, speak on any topic that have interest in. Also, I learned to interact more with small groups and class discussions. Before I would hardly interact in anything in class and now I am not afraid to add my comments to the discussions.
