Do you think smoking will have a great effect on people? The cigarette plant appeared 4000 years ago coinciding with the Indian civilization of Central and South America. The origin of cigarette ( the cigarette A Thi) is thanks to the discovery of the Americas by Christopher Columbus in 1492 in the Antil Islands. After World War II, countries that gained independence were interested in developing the cigarette industry such as China, Indonesia, Korea, India, Philippines, Egypt, Pakistan, Vietnam, etc. especially Vietnam. Nowadays (" , " Trúc Quỳnh) with the rapid development of biotechnology industries, has improved the quality and variety of cigarettes, catering to the growing market demand. However, cigarettes has (have Trúc Quỳnh ) been causing extremely serious consequences affecting health, the ( and the A Thi) environment and costing money.

The negative consequences of cigarettes on our health are
well known, but not everyone is aware. Cigarette contains an addictive substance called nicotine. For instance, the cigarette can harm the respiratory system, resulting in coughing, shortness of breath, tightness in the chest, and
possibly pitting or lung cancer. Thus, cigarette significantly reduces health and life expectancy. Additionally, because the smoke from cigarettes spreads throughout the area, it is not only detrimental to those who use them directly
but also to those who are close to them. Particularly ( In particular Trúc Quỳnh ), we still see a lot of smokers in public areas like bus stops, even in schools and government buildings, who don't seem to care about their health or the sentiments of others. To summarize, cigarettes has ( have A Thi) numerous negative effects on both
individual and societal health.
Cigarette also seriously affects the living environment.
Although cigarettes are advertised as being good for the environment, they really (<del>really</del> A Thi) help to make the environment cleaner and greener. However, the cigarette industry is actually harming our planet. According to the WHO, the cultivation and manufacture of cigarettes contaminates (contaminate A Thi) our air, water, land, beaches, and streets with chemicals, hazardous waste, cigarette butts, and microplastics.
especially in developing nations, cigarette growing leads to deforestation. In particular, cigarette cultivation results in the yearly destruction of 600 million trees, the usage ( use Trúc Quỳnh ) of 22 billion tons of water, and the emission of 84 tonnes of CO2. As a result, cigarettes is (are Trúc Quỳnh) the primary cause of environmental
harm.
Smoking costs money as well as affects your health .Cigarettes (Using cigarettes Trúc Quỳnh) are expensive and quitting can save you money now, as well as saving on future health costs.

If you need an added incentive to quit, think about how much of your weekly income is going up in smoke. One packet of 25 cigarettes costs around $36 and the price keeps rising. What could you do for yourself and your family with that extra money? More than you think. At today's prices, if you smoke one pack of cigarettes each day for 10 years, you'll spend over $130,000 - easily enough to buy a new car (or 2) or put a deposit on a house.

In summary, smoking cigarettes harms a person’s health and increases the risk of heart disease, stroke, and different types of cancer. Other effects of smoking include fertility problems, poor oral hygiene, skin problems, and an increased risk of neurological disorders. Quitting smoking reduces the risk of health problems such as stroke and heart disease and improves a person’s overall health.
(Bình Minh)

According to the WHO, every year around the world, 8 million people die from cigarette( a cigarette A Thi) , but there are also 8 million new smokers. The cigarette industry is worth billions of dollars in annual profits made from the sale of cigarettes. This industry promotes the smoking of cigarettes by millions of individuals in countries all over the world. While most people enjoy using cigarette , this habit has many harmful effects that outweigh any perceived merits. Cigarette smoking is the number one cause of preventable deaths in most nations across the globe, and especially causing ( causes A Thi) many harms to humans and environments (environment Bình Minh). The fundamental issue is that cigarettes has an impact on people, particularly on their health. The use of restricting legislation in public, and especially, social propaganda, is the best remedy that has been suggested.

Cigarette causes serious harm to human health in public places, such as using cigarettes has an impact on the smoker as well as others who are compelled to breathe the tainted air around them. This makes it simple to use and simple to hurt people's health. Even though smoking is prohibited in public locations like hospitals, shops, and even schools, we frequently see people using cigarettes there. The CDC (2013) reveals that secondhand smokers incur adverse health conditions and even death because of the exposure. Furthermore, smoking causes an individual to lose productivity, which costs the economy billions of dollars yearly in addition to the harmful effects on health. In addition to the negative health consequences associated with cigarette using (use Bình Minh) it leads to loss ( a loss A Thi) in productivity by an individual costing the economy billions of dollars annually.

A solution that is providing successful in many areas is using restrictive laws and promoting movements to stop cigarette production. The measures to apply restrictive laws here are to prohibit the use of cigarette (cigarettes A Thi) or the sale of cigarette in public places such as hospitals, airports, train stations, and especially where there are many children. On the other hand, encourage and support local and regional campaigns to halt the manufacture of cigarettes. For instance, a lot of young people today hold competitions advocating for an end to the production of cigarettes because they believe that cigarettes ( cigarette A Thi ) manufacturing harms both the environment and people.
( For instance, many young people… cigarette Bình Minh )

In conclusion, the major controversial issue in the world is that cigarette affect the health and well-being of each person. The best temporary solution used in many areas is to apply laws restricting cigarette using in everywhere and open propaganda campaigns for everyone. I think that is the best measure to reduce cigarette using ( use A Thi) and reduce the damage to people in the future.
(Trúc Quỳnh)

Do people know how harmful smoking is? Cigarette (The cigarette or A cigarette Bình Minh) was discovered very early in Europe, and gradually spread everywhere. Especially after the 2nd world war (second World War Trúc Quỳnh) , independence countries such as China, Korea,...especially Vietnam paid great attention to the development of this highly profitable industry. Along with the demand for use of society, cigarettes gradually become a lucrative commodity.Since the invention of cigarettes long ago, despite its popularity, there have been numerous warnings of the severe effects that smoking brings.

To begin with, smoking poses a huge threat to our health. A cigarette contains about 600 ingredients, many of which are toxic and related to cancer. Besides, smoking can negatively influence our nerve system. Nicotine – an addictive in tobacco - quickly reaches the brain and acts as an effective mood lifter. But this feeling only lasts for a short time and smokers will soon get tired, anxious and irritated when the effect wears off. Not only resulting in health risks, smoking also worsen our physical appearance. It is proved that long term smoking can create yellow stains on smokers’ teeth and cause bad breath. Moreover, tobacco contains many toxic chemicals which can reduce the amount of oxygen needed to supply to the skin, making it look dull and accelerating ( speeding up Trúc Quỳnh ) the aging process.Last but not least, smoking habit takes up a large proportion of our budget.

Second, adult smoking examples are also bad examples for children to follow at any time. From there, it will imitate and gradually become addictive, leading to social evils. For young children growing up, thinking that having something in hand will become "cooler" makes not only their health at risk, but also causes many other more dangerous social evils such as theft. , lies to get money to buy medicine. Besides, cigarettes have to spend money to buy, although the amount spent per pack of cigarettes is not necessarily too much, but if cigarettes are not used, surely we will be able to use that money on more productive work…
To conclude, tobacco use exerts a detrimental effect on our health and shorten (shortens Bình Minh) our life expectancy, so quick measures to reduce tobacco consumption is now of great importance..Since life is (are Bình Minh)good for both yourself and everyone, say "NO" to cigarettes.
(Quách A Thi)
