         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the Giver there are dystopian elements. In chapter 13 when Jonas was given the privilege to see red, a dystopian element could be they don't get to experience color. Also, when Jonas received the memory of a sunburn, it was painful. Maybe this could be a dystopian element.</div>]]></description>
