A couple, a woman and her husband lived in a time where everyone was the same, due to the government who made it so everyone was equal to each other. No one was allowed to be smarter, nor prettier than anyone else , which is why the husband in the story was forced to keep an earpiece in his ear interrupting his thoughts every twenty seconds. The sounds in his ears caused the husband pain making him miss the announcement about his son Harris. The announcement played on the TV about him escaping jail, and breaking into a ballerina studio. He broke into the studio and claimed his freedom in front of the whole world, he removed everything the government gave to him to cover himself from being different. His head, face, and body wear he took everything off and claimed a woman to be beside him as he showed the world that he would no longer be controlled by the government. His reign was short lived due to the studio director storming into the building and killing Harris and his girl making everyone go back to normal or else they would die to.
