Also tips for renting a house, like how to identify a good home, and decrease the fee of it. Also most importantly, teach students the way to protect themself when something happens student should know they can still receive a certificate of graduation even though they did not sign all of the paper

For example, if I want to learn biology for 3 hours, I should be able to do that. Furthermore, classes that teach us about real life and self management how to manage it i.e. taxes, cleaning, cooking, social and mental development.

the closest thing to the school of future we have today is probably Minerva Universiity. Instead of traditional tests and stuff like that students travel around the world and complete real life projects that contribute to the science of learning. This is like basically teaching the students how to live life, i guess there will be more Universities like that in the future. 10 years ago or whatever people were crazy about getting into harvard or smth but now newer generation of highschool graduates are leaning more towards getting into minerva. I think in the future the curriculum of schools will be more focused on things that reflect real life

Education as a whole may begin to fill in the purpose of church and teach meaning in life, especially given that education will become more efficient, allowing for it to bleed into high school.

It is important for students to maintain their critical thinking skills as there is a potential risk of AI to gradually diminish their interdisciplinary skills. Learning with AI makes it easier for both students and teachers, but we need to strike a balance between human nature and technological advancements. It makes it less time consuming and saves energy, but is also scary for students to rely on it. I think the architecture of buildings, especially schools would turn out to be really futuristic with interactive elements that are embedded within the campuses. Even transportation might change in the future!

     -Harry and Bryce

Since technology does not stop changing, it should be fair that schools should be detailed toward adaptation. Looking at the advance of AI, there is a potential for a combined-arms approach to education, human teachers working in tandem with AI. That shoud enhance effeciency, as well as cutting down school hours. We can't expect everyone to learn the same thing, so school should also focus the hours on essential life skills (finance, interviews, jobs, work cultures...). Furthermore, standardized exams would potentially be removed, and new systems focusing on specialized skills would take its place.

Make classes more advanced and connected. Implement calculus, physics, and computer science into chemistry as an example. Everything is used in engineering. It should become more practical. Advances in understanding as well as rising standards should move more college courses down to high school level, and second year undergraduate courses should become readily available in high schools. They are still taught normally by teachers due to unreasonable budgeting and unrealistic expansion of artificial intelligence integration by 2050. Struggling with classes is a sign of weakness, and only the strong will achieve prestige, as already is the case now. As technology rapidly improves, it is natural for stragglers to be left behind.

Specifically, schools will provide more rights to the students, letting them design their own study guide about what to learn and design their schedule and places to learn. Furthermore, the schools are more likely to set more ‘life skills courses’ as compulsory classes, such as cooking.

What I like to call today's education is “eliminating illiteracy.” U js give the students information, tell them the knowledge, and let them figure out how to solve problems in academics. Rather, the real focus should be on problem solving, or how people could actually develop critical thinking and learn from different perspectives. The education today is more like a career-preparing education, which produces perfect workers for the hierarchy. In 2050, unfortunately, education will stay this way, although tech would be employed, but the tech would be designed to manipulate and implant ideas, or i'd say brainwash. Knowledge would be easily acquired, but wisdom will be hard

I believe that by 2050 AI would be so prominent in everyday life that everyone just has to accept it or else they will fall behind. AI makes life much more convenient and can serve as a good source of information if used responsibly, so in response to future schools, AI would be implemented in day to day lessons, how it would work is most likely the teachers would utilise AI in their day to day teaching and material preparation and students would use AI to assist in explaining or understanding parts that they are confused about. What is taught on the other hand would be hard to predict, but education would most likely no longer be following traditional teachings, since AI will make learning differently through its convenience.

Naipaporn (Baobei)

In my opinion, the school should teach more subjects that could apply in real life and also teach less those non-sensed classes, and reduce the non-sensed activities like ROTC. There should be more schools that allow students to choose classes they want to learn by themselves as many schools in this recent world still force the kids to study lots of classes and some of those are useless. Moreover, there also should be less bias among the school, as there are many kinds of schools that are ranked; they should not have any ranking among the school. The teacher too; in the future, all teachers must know HOW TO TEACH their subjects and they must HAVE THE SAME ABILITY TO TEACH. I think there will be more use of AI in the future, so the school should teach the kids how to use it correctly. In addition, I believe that kids have different abilities to understand, so struggling in class should be normalized (Those who are proud of themselves and boast about how they could understand and study faster than others are those who don’t know how big the world is). LESS HOMEWORKS.

Zhifei and Angela

I think that the school system from elementary to middle school, needs to learn about the fundamental knowledges. Where as high school and above, specific subjects should be selected if you are taking that path. Additionally, I don’t think we are given enough opportunities to really decide what we want to do before we already went down that path in universities. Another problem in now a days is that the university teaches knowledge but not practical skills and ways of thinking that supports us after graduation. Academic should be less focused and how to live more fulfilling life is what’s most important.
