I do however still contest the "sat in a casual manner" as a stupid reason to lose marks, nor any real reason to make someone down, no patients care, i ended up asking the patient the next week if they noticed and they hadn't! making this comment even more frustrating. I also contest their idea that the patients guitar playing would of majorly affected them as they only played for a couple hours twice a week. Verbal feedback i got from the tutors also talked about how while my communication with the tutors was poor my communication with the patient was very good and the way that i talked with them about i wanted to keep expectations in check was a very good point.
