ETS1.B: Developing Possible Solutions

• Designs can be conveyed through sketches, drawings, or physical models. These representations are useful in communicating ideas for a problem’s solutions to other people. (secondary)

Students will be able to explain how recycling and repurposing is a possible solution to reduce their impacts on the environment.

Students will be able to create their own repurposing projecting drawing from background knowledge

I will use padlet so students can do a class brainstorm on what repurposing project they would like to do.

I will show students this video, so they can attain some grade appropriate background information on reducing, reusing, and recycling. When students do a repurposing project, they will be able to understand how this project benefits the environment.
