Last holiday, I was very happy because I and my family went to many places. Such as Tuban, Trawas, and Kediri. I went to Tuban to visit my father's hometown and made my identity card because my location on the family card was in Tuban. 4-5 days later, I and my family went to Trawas because we were already bored in Surabaya. We visited some new cafes there and enjoyed the mountain view. Last, I and my father went to Kediri because he wanted to visit his friend. We get rest at a hotel for a day too. There were so many delicious culinary options there.

In my opinion, the tradition of after-work gatherings, is an important part of work culture. It helps people build closer relationships and allows them to relax and communicate openly. However, it often feels like an obligation, especially for people who need personal time or have family responsibilities. Some see this culture as a great way to bond, but others find it tiring and stressful. Companies should try to balance this tradition with personal needs so that these gatherings can both stay fun and not feel forced.
