Making sure that your employees have the proper training on their safety and others around them in the workplace is a big part for management. Employees should be following the specific workplace health and safety regulations provided to them during initial training. The health and wellbeing of each employee should also be checked on a regular basis with annual physicals and check ins with occupational health.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Human Resource plays a huge role on keeping employees on time and being attentive. Being an employee you're responsible for making sure you're at work on time and ready to go when you get there. It's one thing to be on time and that is good but if you are on time and not really attentive and ready to work it can decrease production for the day. HR looks for employees who are always calling out or coming in late as this is not good for the employee or the companies time. Most companies keep track with a clock in and out system where you have to use your work badge or a finger print so someone else can't clock you in and out. </div>]]></description>
