         <title>Jousting and Tournaments</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>Tournaments were like the olympics for us but in medieval times.</li><li>people came from everywhere to watch these tournaments.</li><li>The tournaments were what knights do all the time: Melee,Jousting,Etc</li><li>The one who wins gets money</li><li>Tournaments were also a good way to practice for tournaments</li><li>jousting was done between two knights</li><li>the idea was that both knights sat on a horse and had a club or some other type of a weapon</li><li>Both knights ran with their horse towards each other. The aim of the game was to knock the other knight off of their horse</li><li>It was very dangerous and very severe injuries. If not, Death occurred during these jousts</li><li>Melee was a match between squires and knights and it was like capture the flag, You had to get the flag to the other side</li><li>axes and clubs were allowed</li><li>severe injuries if not, death occured</li></ol><div><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
