As public-facing people, we are par for the course that we will be attacked. As an organization, we have to name when the accusations come up or when we are being harm, that we name our position.

If you are the person causing harm - Show documentation that these are false accusations. Along with a mediated conversation.

If people don't agree to sit at the table with us, it demonstrates a different objective vs. care and repair.

We need to agree on a set of protocols in place to be respected.
