The most interesting thing I've learned about this chapter has been how much our modern judicial system has adopted from past sources of laws like Roman Law and the Code of Hammurabi. The most useful thing I think I've learned from this chapter was the entire judicial process, from arrest all the way to trial and sentencing. It's generally a good thing to know and understand and I think it'll come in handy in the future.

The most interesting thing that I have learned this chapter was how other governments have played such a big role into our modern government. The other thing that I found interesting was the whole crime and arrest process. It is very interesting how everything works. The thing that is most useful to me was the functions of the law and learning about solitary confinement really intrigued me.
