As principal of the Peace Rose Montessori School, Ricci Melendez manages a student center that he helped initially establish by leasing and developing the property where it is located. He oversees the finances and payroll of the preschool, as well as classroom technology integration strategies.

From 1995 to 2018, Mr. Melendez held leadership positions with Bloomberg, LP, including as chief operating officer of global infrastructure. In this position, he coordinated a full range of business functions while ensuring that stakeholders were able to navigate complex situations. As manager of design integration for the Americas from 2010 to 2016, he oversaw IT planning, support, and implementation. In total, he managed a $30 million annual budget spanning three data centers and 95 offices.

Mr. Melendez has been active in his community since 2007, coaching youth athletics such as basketball, football, and baseball. He is a former board member and coach of the Sayreville Junior Bombers and Morgan Parlin teams in the Pop Warner football league.
