Often these individuals flee to the US due to unsafe conditions in their counties, and look to the US for a better life. However, these bans are in stark oppositions to the teachings of Jesus. "Jesus taught that genuine love knows no limits and is offered freely to everyone" even the immigrant (Brodd et al. 417). While Donald Trump has slowly cut and cut these benefits, leaving so many hungry and homeless, Jesus was a believer in helping those who need it most, not breaking them down.
