This project taught me who Alex Prager is. Before doing this project, I had no idea who she was. She went to an art exhibit one day and got inspired to be a photographer, but before that she had no plans to create a career in photography or anything art related. She has a very interesting style of photography and I tried to take a picture in her style.

On this project, I walked around and took a picture after every 20 steps I took. I was challenged to take pictures from different angles, such as "worm's eye view" and "bird's eye view." I took many of the photos from a "worm's eye view, including this one. I really like the angle of this photo and how everything just gets smaller and smaller.

In this project, I went to the woods and found pictures with leading lines. I had a bit of difficulty finding good examples of leading lines in the woods. This is one of the better ones I took. This is my favorite picture I took for this project. It's a good representation of leading lines and I think it's a nice picture of the woods.

In this project, the goal was to find 3D forms, which sounds easy since everything is 3D, but I struggled because finding 3D objects that show dimension and light and shadows that are good to pictures of was difficult for me. I did enjoy this project though. This project was the second time I used photoshop and I really experimented with changing the colors on the photos I took for this project. On this one, I used an orange color filter and I love how that changed the photo.

In this project, the goal was to capture manmade textures. It took me a bit to figure out how to capture texture int he photos and how to take them, but I got it eventually. This is a picture I took of my shoe. The picture is slightly edited to change the color of the photo. All the edit did was make add a bit of light and shadow to the photo.

For this project, I went out in nature and found different colors. Some of the different colors that went together were monochromatic, which means different shades of the same color, warm colors, red, orange, and yellow, and neutral colors, black, white, gray, and brown. This picture is taken from a worms eye view of a tree in the woods. I like the colors of the leaves and how they look with the tree and sky in the background.

For this project, I took pictures of people from an above angle. A lot of people made the project fun by making silly faces, but this is one of my favorite pictures since it looks like an interrogation. I like the fact that one of the hands is blurry, but it takes a second to notice. I also like how the light and shadows look in the photo.

The black part outlines really well, too. The pop art was simple and fun to do. I love how it turned out. This is probably one of my favorite projects.

For this project, I learned about David Hockney and tried to edit a photo to look like his. He took a picture of something and multiple pictures up close to the person or thing in the image and collaged them together. I had never heard of him before or his unique style of photography. I enjoyed this project and had fun doing the collage.

For this project, I learned skills that we didn't learn as a class through tutorials on YouTube. I learned how to make a photo look like it's glitching, how to make it look like it's glowing, and how to make it look like it's glowing in the dark. My favorite and the one I think turned out the best is the photo glitch. For this photo, I changed the colors slightly and pulled small pieces of the photo over to misalign the photo. I liked this project and I think the photo turned out good.

I enjoyed this class. I learned a lot. I learned how to take good photos and many ways to edit them to be better. I learned how to change the color, how to move photos, how to remove things you don't want in an image, how to make people look like a cartoon, how to make things glow, and much more. I loved the projects when we went to the woods and the ones with lots of editing. The pop-art and the DIY weeks have probably been some of my favorite projects that we did, but I loved many of them and I'm proud of the projects I've done in this class.
