It is unusual because as you can see it is completly made of glass.
Even the roof is made of glass so you can see the sky in the night.
It is located in the forest so you have a beautiful nature around you.
Advantage of this house is that there is a lot of stairs inside.
So you have a lot of workout.
As you can see there is a tree inside too.
So there is a lot of fresh air
