    3.     How he uses the app. Usually when at home but he wants to know how long it takes even when he know the route as he like to know the time it takes for him to get there and when searching for a new place aswell.
    4.     Which extra features does he use? How long the trip will take, the only one he uses regularly 
    5.     He thinks the app is perfect in every way.
    6.     How would he improve the app? More options to customize the route that the app gives, make it easier to customize.

    I use Google maps a lot. Mainly to get somewhere, or if I am lost.

    Q: Do you use other map apps?

    I don’t really use other map apps, this one is convenient.

    Q: Tell a typical situation when you use it? How do you use it and where?

    When I need to get somewhere in the city, when I don’t know the place. Basically to not get lost. 

    Q: Are there any extra features you use regularly in the app?

    I also search for public places, cafés, restaurants and museums. Sometimes I look at transportation directly from this app.

    Q: Is there something that annoys you in the app? Why?

    Sometimes when I want to get somewhere, the route changes during my case. It might be a glitch, it’s very inconvenient. I don’t want the route to change since it’s confusing. 

    Q: If you had a magic wand, what would you change in the app?
    I would improve the problems I mentioned in the previous question, that the route stays the same from one point to another. Other than that the app is fine.

She uses it when she feels like she needs help with directions. Which is about 1-2 times a week.
    Sometimes she uses the pre installed maps on her Iphone. This doesn't happen than often though.
    Mimmi feels like the google maps app gives better guiding when it comes to public transportation, that's why she uses it more often.
    She uses the app whenever she feels lost, when she is in the city center or places that are strange to her. The features she uses are the public transportation whenever she’s in a different country. Mimmi thinks the app is ok, and there’s really not anything she would change.

    -        Comparison: Interviewee would prefer to use HSL map over Google because it is not updated and usually uses Swedish names instead of Finnish.
    -        App is used to check the timetable of frequent used transportation
    -        The favorite function is that she could uses mobile app as the travel card
    -        Irritation: the app does not remember the routes at times

    Barely, if I use another map app they have other features than google maps, sometimes abroad there might be some offline options with better functionality

    I need to find a place I haven't visited before while driving to find the best route option and plan the time schedule

    Directions and save visited places and traffic info

    Is there something that annoys you with your map app?

    Misinformation is very annoying, giving me false information about the fastest route, or being inaccurate with changing lanes on the highway

    If you would have a magic wand, how would you improve the app?

She also uses HSL app for buss and train commuting about once a day. She uses HSL app for walking and public transportation but kartat when she goes by car. She looks at HSL to get to school or elsewhere, how long it takes, which busses and everywhere used. Kartat is used when going to somewhere by car and look for the route, usually at home. She uses special features such as directions, public transport, traffic information.
