I have made the brownies healthier by reducing the sugar from 75g to 50g. I have also added nuts to make it healthier. 
I also made use of the manipulative skills of mixing one ingredient into another.

❏ Were you able to manage time?
Yes, I was able to efficiently manage my time. While I was waiting water to boil, I started greasing the baking tin and performing the other necessary steps.

❏ Did you face difficulties? How did you overcome them?
At first, the stove wouldn't light up and this was a great challenge to me because I needed the stove right from the start. As Mrs Wee was calling estate, I did the steps that did not require me to use the fire, including preparing the eggs and cutting up the nuts. The problem was solved when Mrs Wee allowed me to use her stove for heating and melting until my stove could light up.

❏ How would you have done it differently?
I would have tried presented my brownies better by using a bigger plate or using some icing to decorate it. As of now, it is quite plain.

❏ Reflect on the food blogging process
I was quite fun and the questions got me thinking about how to make my food healthier but yet, more delicious.

❏ How useful were the nutritional tools?
they were very useful in helping me choose the ingredients for my meal of choice.
❏ How manageable were the manipulative skills for you?
The manipulative skills were quite easy to master. 

❏ How purposeful were the investigative activities in helping you come up with your final creation?
