This step is not easy as I must make sure that the mixture has no lumps.<br>3. The problem I faced during the lesson is that I was not able to be confident in making the food.          <description><![CDATA[<div>2. I learnt that you have to mix the mixture throughly if the end product is not good. Putting the ondeh-ondeh mix into the pan is hard because the pan is heated and you might burn yourselves hence , you have to put it in quick. You have to supervise the ondeh-ondeh when cooking so that it will not overcook.<br>3.As I said,putting in the ondeh-ondeh mix onto the pan is hard because th pan is hot and have a chance of burning yourselves. By putting in the mix quick, you have a higher chance of not burning yourselves.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>From this lesson, I learnt how to make Ondeh-Ondeh. First, we mixed the flour and pandan juice and blend it well. This step wasn't easy as I must make sure that is mixture is smooth and there isn't any lumps. I wasn't confident for the results of the Ondeh-Ondeh as I didn't mix the flour and pandan juice well. The texture of my Ondeh-Ondeh was really rubbery as I added to much flour. More water should be added. What I can improve on is my confidence. I was lack of confidence that's why the Ondeh-Ondeh didn't turn out as nice as I expected. I wanted to hurry through the mixing and it turns out that the mixing had lumps in it which affects the end results.</div>]]></description>

The texture should be smooth and watery instead. That's why it affected the end results. What I can improve on is my mixing. I should have took more milk instead of keeping silent. The pancake was really bitter and sour and I didn't know what was the cause of it. </div>]]></description>
