Poverty in Colombia has been a significant issue for many years, affecting a large percentage of the population. 
2.      Why did you choose it? 
In Colombia there is a strong gap between people and this does not allow to get the same opportunities for all the people.
3.      Why is it relevant in society?
This topic is relevant because it is a necessary step for social, economic, and political stability and sustainable development of a society. It requires collective action and policy interventions to address the root causes of poverty and promote social inclusion, economic empowerment, and human rights for all. (Saiesha, 2022).

 I won't be applying to any company as soon as I graduate. Instead, I will be looking for teaching positions at schools or educational institutions that align with my values and goals. I will be applying to schools that prioritize student learning, have supportive and collaborative cultures, and provide opportunities for professional growth.

3. What skills will you need to perform properly in that company if you get hired?
I would need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with my students, colleagues, and parents. I would also need to have a deep understanding of the subject matter I teach and pedagogical strategies that foster student learning. Additionally, I would need to be adaptable, patient, and able to work in a team environment.

4. Would you rather prefer to start your own business if you graduated this year?
I enjoy the rewards of teaching and find fulfillment in the progress and success of my students. I will continue to work as a teacher to impact the lives of my students positively. So, I would not prefer to start my own bussiness.

5. Would you continue your academic process if you had the chance to do it?
I am open to continuing my academic studies if they align with my professional goals and will benefit my teaching. I would choose to pursue an advanced degree in a related field such as educational leadership or curriculum and instruction to enhance my skills as a teacher and advance my career.
