It's usualy celebrated in the family. People see Old Year out at midnight on the thirty - first of December and see the New Year  in on the first  January. New Year's Eve is a very busy time. People must decorate a New Year tree, cook a lot of tasty food, buy presents for their relatives and friends. We usually celebrte New Year's Day at home. I get up early in the morning and help my mom to cook a festive supper.
  In the evening we watch TV and wait for our guests to come. Childre usually receive presents from Grandfather Frost.
