I learnt that creating a positive classroom culture is important. It sets the tone and creates a structure for my students. In addition, emphasising on teacher student relationships creates a trusting relationship between us and our students. In fact, such a relationship has to be maintained over time to create a warm and safe environment.

Above all, I think that the personal will to establish that matters the most as there will be many things that occupy our minds, and we may inadvertently put PCC and TSR in the backseat over time.
