 ثمَّ أخذْنا قسطًا منَ الرّاحةِ في بيوتِ الشّعرِ المجهّزةِ، وكانَ لقاؤُنا معَ قائدِنا ليلًا، إذْ بدَتِ السّماءُ صافيةً جدًّا.
تحدّثَ القائدُ للكشّافةِ قائلًا: لديْنا مفاجأةٌ في السّماءِ هذِهِ اللّيلةَ، مَنْ يعرفُ ما هيَ؟ صمتَ الجميعُ، ثمَّ أجابَ أحمدُ: نعم أنا أعرفُ، يوجدُ خسوفٌ للقمرِ هذِهِ اللّيلةَ. قالَ القائدُ: أحسنْتَ يا أحمدُ.  إذًا سنرصدُ خسوفَ القمرِ منْ هذا الوادي الجميلِ، حيثُ سيبدأُ الخسوفُ السّاعةَ
التّاسعةَ وستَّ عشرةَ دقيقةً، وحتّى نفهمَ هذِهِ الظّاهرةَ، أريدُ منْكم أنْ تنقسموا مجموعاتٍ؛ لتنفّذوا تحدّيَ ظاهرةِ خسوفِ القمرِ، بتمثيلِ هذِهِ الظّاهرةِ بأدواتٍ بسيطةٍ،  استعدَّ الأطفالُ لهذا التّحدّي، وقدّموا عروضَهم أمامَ القائدِ الكشفيِّ.

•أشتركُ أنا واثنانِ منْ أفرادِ أسرتي في تمثيلِ ظاهرةِ خسوفِ القمرِ، بالدّورانِ حولَ الشّخصِ الّذي يمسكُ المصباحَ (الشّمسَ)، ونمثّلُ ظاهرةَ خسوفِ القمرِ،
 ألاحظُ كيفَ يقعُ ظلُّ الأرضِ على القمرِ عندَما تتوسّطُ الأرضُ بينَ الشّمسِ والقمرِ في أثناءِ الدّورانِ، بحيثُ تكونُ جميعُها على استقامةٍ واحدةٍ، أستعينُ بالكتابِ المدرسيِّ، أوِ الفيديو على الرّمزِ سريعِ الاستجابةِ QR Code ؛ للتّأكّدِ منْ تمثيلِ الظّاهرةِ تمثيلً صحيحًا.
