_{Shake it up is an American sitcom, made in 2010 by Chris Thompson. It aired on Disney Channel from 2010-2013. The main protagonists, CeCe Jones (Bella Thorne) and Rocky Blue (Zendaya) play best friends who live in Chicago and love to dance. They get on a local dance show and the audience gets to see their journey navigating dancing, friendships, high school and life. We clearly see that this shows main demographic is pre-teens/teenagers, from the main protagonists, the funky clothes they were and the circumstances they are in.}
