What trends are they participating in? </p><p><br/></p><p>This understanding, a.k.a. social listening, helps you craft and curate content and messages that will resonate with them and will help you adjust your strategy and goal setting. </p><p><br/></p><p>Social listening IS the process of tracking and analyzing online conversations related to a specific brand, organization, industry, or topic across various digital channels. The social media manager replies within 10 minutes answering the question. </p></li><li><p><strong>Listening Example:</strong> Analysis of chatter over a period of six months shows increased interest in "biodegradable" items among your demographic niche. Your product is biodegradable, so you may have an opportunity here. </p></li><li><p><strong>Audit Example</strong>: Your overall engagement rate is down on Facebook during May, but going up on Instagram YOY. It's the same videos with the same captions posted to both. </p></li></ul>]]></description>
