I haven't visited the Temple of Santiago Quechula, but I am amazed to have seen how much it has changed over time. The temple is said to have once been an iconic landmark in Chiapas, surrounded by water that added to its beauty and mystique. However, environmental issues appear to have depleted the water around it, exposing the structure to the elements. It saddens me to think that such a historic place seems to have been impacted by climate changes, and I would have loved to see it in its former state, surrounded by the life and energy that water brings.

Yes, I have visited places that I once loved, but that changed over time. For example, when I was a child, I went swimming every day at a swimming training center. I loved that place because it was huge and had several pools as well as courts for practicing other sports. A few years ago, I had the opportunity to return to that place, and I realized that <s>it had fallen into disrepair</s> SEEMS TO HAVE FALLEN INTO DISREPAIR and was a shadow of its former self.

I felt a little nostalgic when I saw that the aquatic center was run-down, especially because I have seen its better days.

There used to be an arcade in my town that I loved visiting when I was around 6 to 8 years old. It was amazing—I was filled with wonder every time I went to play video games or pinball. But over time, the place began to change in subtle ways that I didn’t notice at first. Eventually, it seemed to have closed down. I think it went to bankrupt or something like that

There are two places in my city that I used to visit since I was a child and I remember them with great fondness. The zoo is the first one, I have many photos and memories of my childhood there. When I visited that place with my parents about 14 years ago they had many animals and they took care of them; the crocodile and hippo ponds were clean, they had food and craft areas in operation. Now it has fallen into disrepair, they have few staff and in order to take care of the animals they accept volunteers and everything is dirty. The goverment should have paid more attention to that place, it could be a great attraction for families but now they even try to sell the animals; it isn't a shadow of it's former self!.
