° When the Local Authority actually include it in the EHCP. It was missing when I received an updated EHCP that was going to be used for applying for a secondary school place. So an important time. I had to resend it and still don’t know for sure that it was included in the revised plan.

° my children one page profile is sh*t. It would needs better questions. they need more questions around what he likes and how to calm him down. they need to be updated regularly. my sons is outdated by 4 years.

° the one page profile needs to be accurate. updated regular. they need to be con-produced. it is also important that every staff member, new and old reads it.
